Our model is built on a revenue-sharing partnership between the property owner and MyBranch. The property owner has the opportunity to earn a fixed share on every occupied seat. This collaboration ensures mutual growth and profitability.

Revenue is shared on a per-seat basis between the property owner and MyBranch. This transparent model ensures that earnings are directly tied to the occupancy and utilization of the space.

Property owner should have a space in a good micro market for about 300 to 400 square feet.

Three-Year Lease and Franchise Agreement

The foundation of our partnership is a three-year lease and franchise agreement. This term provides stability and ample time to maximize revenue for both parties.

No Security Deposit
